We're growing fast in the market and we need a Business Development Director who's hungry to make things happen. Someone who can spot opportunities, build lasting relationships, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo in executive education.

Owning your market and building a pipeline that actually excites you.

Sitting across from senior leaders, listening hard, challenging smartly, and closing deals that move the needle.

Turning the wish list and ideal client accounts into "we're in."

Driving growth with creativity, persistence, and guts.

What we'll love about you

You've got 8–10+ years of success in complex B2B sales, and you're still hungry.

You ideally have a background in executive education or leadership development.

You can walk into a room of senior stakeholders and own it, with credibility, empathy, and insight.

You're resilient, entrepreneurial, and thrive with freedom.

Numbers matter to you. You know your pipeline inside out and how to hit or exceed targets.

Fluent in English and Swedish, other Nordic languages a plus.
