Key Account Manager / Brand Manager
to join our team in
Stockholm

In this dynamic role, you'll combine
strategic thinking with hands-on execution
to strengthen our brands across multiple European markets. You'll work closely with our teams in
Mexico and Europe
, coordinating sales, marketing, and distribution initiatives that reflect our brand's unique identity and values.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute commercial and brand strategies to expand our presence and profitability in Europe.
  • Identify and manage new business opportunities and key client relationships.
  • Lead marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, events, sponsorships, and trade shows.
  • Support on- and off-premises activities (bars, restaurants, and retailers) to boost visibility and sell-out performance.
  • Collaborate with distributors and partners to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in sales, brand management, or marketing — ideally within
    spirits, wine, or premium FMCG
    industries.
  • Proven experience managing brands across multiple European markets.
  • Strong understanding of international brand building and trade marketing.
  • Fluent in
    English
    ;
    Spanish
    is an advantage.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook; Odoo is a plus).
