Who we are
We're bold thinkers and kind teammates, growing fast but staying grounded. Our Nordic roots and global outlook shape a culture of friendliness, creativity, and collaboration, all powered by openness and shared wins. We care deeply about doing the right thing - and doing it together. We aim to improve the flow of goods, time, and energy - and we know we can't shape the future by clinging to the past. So, we keep evolving, together.
Our five values are our playbook. We speak up when things don't make sense. We stop doing what doesn't add value. We stay curious, back each other up, and make space for both innovation and laughter.
What we do
RELEX Solutions delivers a unified supply chain planning platform for retailers and manufacturers, enabled by proven AI technology. We help companies optimize demand forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, pricing and promotions, supply chain operations, and production planning across the end-to-end value chain.
With a global team of over 2,000 professionals, we work side-by-side with our customers to solve real problems with lasting impact. Companies trust RELEX to increase product availability, boost sales, deliver actionable insights, improve sustainability, and drive profitable growth. Join us and make an impact on the world and your career
In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Lead Product Architect to join the Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) Engineering department. You will play a key role in aligning technical direction across multiple teams building our Store Operations solutions — mobile apps and related backend services that help store employees manage business critical tasks such as ordering, inventory, and replenishment, in real-world retail environments.
This is a growing product area with ambitious plans, evolving through close customer collaboration and incremental delivery. We're looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product, technology, and operations.
What we need you to do and be
Bring your ideas. Challenge ours. Grow with us.
- Partner with Engineering Directors, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Tech Architects to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and ensure delivery stays aligned with both business goals and technical architecture.
- Work across multiple engineering teams to ensure architectural decisions are coherent, dependencies are managed, and teams can deliver independently while building toward a unified product vision.
- Contribute to key architectural decisions on topics such as API design, mobile app architecture, offline capabilities, and integration patterns.
- Ensure roadmap items are refined into clear, actionable work and that teams have the context they need to make good decisions.
- Establish and champion best practices across teams, balancing consistency with the flexibility needed to iterate quickly.
What you'll bring to the table
- Cross-team leadership: Proven ability to coordinate technical work across multiple teams and align diverse stakeholders. Experience from program management, technical product ownership, or similar coordinating roles is considered a plus.
- Technical understanding: Experience with mobile applications, API-first development, or modern distributed systems. You don't need to be hands-on coding, but you should understand architectural trade-offs and support technical discussions.
- Product thinking: Ability to connect technical decisions to business value — knowing when to prioritize, when to be cautious, and how to identify critical pieces in complex projects.
- Communication: Excellent English skills, written and verbal. Comfortable working with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership.
- Collaborative mindset: You thrive in evolving situations, enjoy helping teams succeed, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Retail or supply chain experience is a plus, but curiosity about the domain is what matters.
What we offer in return
You'll be supported and given the space to thrive. We offer meaningful work, flexibility, and a culture that backs you to share your voice and be authentic.
- An international career and learning opportunities
- A rapidly growing and financially robust software company with exciting opportunities for career growth, also in the future
- Flexibility in how and where you work
- Room to thrive in a fast-growing global company with a good market position
- Practical benefits that support work, family, wellness, and everyday life
- Annual leave
- Diverse, inclusive, and supportive work culture
- Work that meaningfully reduces waste and improves sustainability
- Ownership, autonomy and flat hierarchies
- Two paid volunteering days each year
We are a global community of different cultures, voices, and experiences. We celebrate what makes us unique and connect through what we share, in an authentic and safe environment. Together we shape the future, and each other.
If you feel this is the opportunity you don't want to miss, you can apply by sending your cover letter and resume through the application form as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot process any applications through email.
Apply today and be part of the future. Be RELEX
