We've signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us
As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn't a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let's grow better, together.
About The Role
As a
Product Manager
on the
PayNow
team, you'll shape Arrive's real-time payments experience — powering millions of parking sessions every day through Apple Pay, Google Pay, card-on-file, and third-party integrations.
You'll partner with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure payment flows are fast, reliable, and seamless from the first tap to the final capture. If you're excited by large-scale payment challenges and improving customer conversion through smarter orchestration and higher auth rates, this role is for you.
Your Mission
Own and evolve Arrive's
core card-on-file payment experience
across all markets.
Enhance authorisation performance, scalability, and user experience while expanding global and local payment methods and optimising processing and interchange costs.
What You Will Drive
- The User Payment Experience: Analyze user behavior across different markets and platforms to optimize conversion rates and remove friction. You'll be the expert on market-specific constraints, like 3DS logic and SCA, turning complexity into a smooth experience.
- Payment Infrastructure Evolution: Define the roadmap for our integrations with leading payment service providers, from adding new global payment methods to optimizing every aspect of our payment stack—including performance, resilience, and cost.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with engineering, risk, legal, and data teams to build a seamless end-to-end payment flow. Your work will ensure our solutions meet global regulations and business needs.
- Feature Lifecycle Ownership: Take a feature from a concept to a fully launched product. You'll manage the backlog, define success metrics, and use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve.
- Team Empowerment: Inspire your team to solve the right problems. You'll create a partnership built on trust and a shared vision, celebrating both successes and key learnings.
You'll Thrive If You
- Have hands-on experience with card and wallet payments, tokenisation, and PSP integrations (Adyen, Cybersource, Stripe, etc.).
- Understand MIT/CIT, SCA, and card scheme requirements across markets.
- Have worked on high-volume transactional products balancing conversion, resilience, and fraud prevention.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across technical, design, and commercial teams.
- Use data to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and guide decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in payments or product management, ideally within digital or real-time payments.
- Experience operating across European and U.S. markets, with knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and API-driven development.
