We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Broker specializing in Swedish Government Bonds to join one of the leading Scandinavian fixed income desks. The successful candidate will manage and expand a portfolio of institutional clients, providing expert market insights, pricing, and execution services within a collaborative regional team structure.

This position offers exposure to top-tier Scandinavian markets, a supportive international network, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships within the Swedish government bond and broader Scandinavian fixed income markets.
  • Execute and price daily orders, ensuring accuracy and top-level client service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Nordic region to enhance coverage and service delivery.
  • Provide market intelligence, updates, and recommendations to institutional clients.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal standards, confidentiality, and market regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Broker in financial markets, managing an active client base in Scandinavian government bonds.
  • Proven record of revenue generation and strong commercial performance.
  • In-depth understanding of Scandinavian fixed income markets.
  • Fluent in English; French or another European language is an asset.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and driven to excel within a high-performing, international environment.
  • Able to validate revenue history, client portfolio, and any non-compete terms.
