is looking for its next impact-driven individual, interested in growing their knowledge and skills within the impact investment space. We are a global launchpad for entrepreneurs driven by impact and innovation, and we are launching a Foundry Program where hands-on learning and expert support will guide the way forward.

This isn't just a program. It's a collaborative space where innovators, advisors, and professionals from diverse backgrounds come together to build solutions that matter, especially in the impact investment space. We are a program designed to support your journey, working on hands-on projects that will have a real impact on societal, environmental, and economic industries. We support you in taking the first steps of your entrepreneurial journey while gaining hands-on experience in the impact investing space, all within a collaborative community of experienced professionals.

The program runs for approximately one year and is designed for part-time engagement. Each candidate's participation will be individually assessed, allowing us to tailor the project structure to best suit your availability and goals.

Whether you're bringing your own idea or starting from scratch, we offer:

We're looking for applicants who:

  • Have lived outside their country of origin for at least 2 years

  • Excel in cross-cultural collaboration and communication
  • Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Commit to innovation and real-world impact
  • Embrace learning, feedback, and continuous growth
  • Are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Demonstrate leadership potential in formal or informal settings
  • Are digitally literate and comfortable with remote collaboration tools
