Posti Sverige söker en erfaren och tekniskt kunnig Technical Manager som vill ta ett taktiskt och operativt ansvar för vår infrastruktur och drift. I rollen ingår också att ansvara för förvaltning av några av våra applikationer.

Ansvarsområden

  • Säkerställa drift och övervakning av applikationer, databaser, servrar, nätverk, molntjänster

  • Leda felsökning, rotorsaksanalys, rapportering och kommunikation med interna och externa intressenter

  • Identifiera behov av utveckling och prioritera dessa tillsammans med tekniskt team och verksamhet

  • Planera och leda applikations- och infrastrukturförändringar

  • Följa upp aktiviteter och projekt

  • Skapa och underhålla teknisk dokumentation, rutiner och SLA:er

  • Säkerställa att Posti's policyer, praxis och övriga regler följs

  • Samarbeta med produktägare och andra intressenter för att leverera tekniska lösningar

  • Arbeta nära Posti Group i Finland för att samordna tekniska initiativ och säkerställa koncerngemensamma lösningar

Din profil

  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet inom applikationsförvaltning, teknisk support eller systemadministration

  • God vana vid incident- och problemhantering enligt ITIL eller liknande ramverk

  • Erfarenhet av att driva aktiviteter och projekt

  • Förmåga att kommunicera tekniska frågor till både tekniska och icke-tekniska intressenter

  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift – finska är meriterande
