The OpportunityByredo is looking for a Client Advisor to our point of sale at NK Gothenburg. The position is a permanent employment, beginning with a 6-month probationary period, with a part-time work rhythm of 20 hours per week (50%).
What you'll get to doAs a Client Advisor at Byredo, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury experience, engaging customers through inspiring storytelling and introducing them to our universe of fragrance, beauty, and craftsmanship. You will be a true brand ambassador, guiding clients through our product range and ensuring they leave with more than just a purchase – a memorable experience.
You will be responsible for driving sales, fostering long-term relationships, and actively contributing to the success of the store. Additionally, you will take initiative in creating inspiring in-store experiences, ensuring every client interaction is unique and engaging.
Your main missions include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming and advising clients, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.
- Developing long-term relationships to improve client loyalty, leveraging sales tools and brand storytelling.
- Acquiring deep knowledge of every product and the brand itself to act as a true expert.
- Proactively cross-selling to introduce clients to our full product universe across categories.
- Staying ahead of trends and product knowledge to confidently guide customers.
- Taking initiative in creating unique in-store experiences that immerse clients in the Byredo universe.
- Achieving daily sales goals and contributing to the overall store success

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to connect with clients through storytelling and product knowledge.
- Confident in cross-selling and creating personalized recommendations.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for creating engaging in-store experiences.
- Flexible, yet punctual and reliable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in Swedish & English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience within makeup is considered meritorious.
