Role Overview
We are hiring our first commercial leader to own Clinvvo's revenue growth through full-cycle direct sales and partner/channel sales. This is a true 0→1 role: you will sell, build the sales system, and create the core commercial assets that make the motion repeatable. For the right person, this can grow into a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) role with significant upside as we are quickly becoming a leading player in the AI healthcare space.

What You'll Own
1) Direct sales (full-cycle)
- Own pipeline end-to-end: prospecting/inbound → discovery → demo → business case → procurement/negotiation → close → early onboarding handover.
- Lead meetings solo with strong executive presence: structured agendas, sharp discovery, clear next steps, and crisp written follow-ups.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder healthcare buying processes (clinical, operations, leadership, finance).
2) Partner/channel sales (owned by you)
- Identify, recruit, and activate partners that can reliably drive qualified pipeline (referral and co-sell first; reseller only if justified).
- Define partner propositions and commercial models, close partnership agreements, and run joint pipeline governance (monthly/biweekly partner reviews).
- Build partner enablement: partner pitch deck, talk tracks, qualification guide, and co-selling playbook.
3) Build the sales operating system (process + materials)
- Build and enforce the sales playbook: ICP, qualification, stages + exit criteria, mutual action plans, and deal review templates.
- Produce and iterate core sales assets: pitch deck, one-pagers, ROI narrative, objection handling, and client-facing content.
- Own CRM hygiene, forecasting discipline, and pipeline quality.
What success looks like
First 30 days
- You can independently run discovery and demo meetings and send high-quality structured follow-ups.
- You deliver v1 of our sales "spine": stages, qualification approach, and deal review template.
First 60–90 days
- A qualified pipeline exists with clear next steps and close plans.
- v1 sales asset pack is shipped (deck + one-pager + ROI narrative + objections).
- Partner short-list is built, outreach executed, and at least a few partners are actively co-selling.
First 6–12 months
- Repeatable direct sales motion + partner motion that unlocks triple digit YoY revenue growth.
Key requirements
Must-haves
- Demonstrated success in 0→1 B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to healthcare providers/clinics.
- Proven ability to close complex deals, not only generate meetings.
- Strong structured communication: excellent presentation in-person and on video, and strong written communication.
- High ownership: you build structure (process + materials) while carrying a quota.
- Professional Swedish and English; team language is English.
- Willing to travel across the Nordics.
- Comfortable with modern tools (Google Sheets/Slides); AI/LLM tooling experience is a plus.
Strong plus
- Track record building and scaling partner/channel motions (referral/co-sell).
- Experience creating "sales assets that get used" (decks, one-pagers, ROI models, sequences) in early-stage environments.
Interview process
- Screen (30 min): deal walk-through (last 2–3 closed-won).
- Live simulation (60 min): discovery + demo role-play + written follow-up (done live).
- Working session (60 min): outline your first 30-day sales system + partner plan.
- References: meeting quality, forecast discipline, ability to build repeatable systems.
