The role

The role will report to Head of Automation

Location for this position is
Stockholm (Sickla)

Hybrid work. We see that hybrid work, where we as employees can work either from home or from the office, creates opportunities to perform and work effectively in virtual and real environments.

Purpose of role

Deliver production-grade automations that remove manual work fast and safely. Build RPA and workflow orchestration (BPMN/Windmill), implement IDP/OCR with human-in-the-loop, create low-code flows (Power Automate/Copilot) and integrate via APIs/events. Wire telemetry/error-handling/alerts, secure run/incident playbooks and measure impact (AHT/ACW, FCR, hours saved)

Responsibilities of role

• Build RPA and BPMN orchestration (e.g., Windmill) with robust error handling & telemetry.

• Implement IDP/OCR (classification/extraction) with human validation; reusable components/connectors.

• Develop Power Automate/Copilot flows; ALM/DLP; API/event integrations.

• Test automation, CI/CD, runbooks & incident management; impact tracking.

• Drive self-service adoption (simple automations, templates) via training/comms and super-users.

• (Plus) Apply GenAI/agentic automation (summarisation, intent, action agents) where value and safe controls are clear.

Your Background

• You have a Bachelor´s degree or similar vocational experience
• 3–7+ yrs across UiPath/Blue Prism/Power Automate Desktop; Windmill/Camunda; ABBYY/Azure Form Recognizer.
• API/webhook integrations; secure SDLC in regulated environments; Agile/SAFe.
• Clear communicator, solution-oriented, cross-functional collaborator.
• Proven training/communication/awareness experience to grow self-service in automation.
• (Plus) Understanding of AI-assist in build/run (code/test/docs support) and when classic automation outperforms GenAI.
• A pragmatic automation engineer who balances quick wins with long-term quality. You build robust, measurable and scalable solutions—and help the organisation grow in self-service capability.
