customers, developers, and third-party vendors
—driving complex, high-impact projects that make or break our clients' ability to scale with Upsales.
Your mission?
Ensure every implementation and integration project is frictionless, efficient, and delivered with surgical precision
. You'll be the
technical
quarterback
—translating business needs into rock-solid solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and making sure our customers have exactly what they need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Leading technical implementation and integration projects from start to finish, always managing multiple projects in parallel.
- Acting as the bridge between our consulting team, developers, and customers—translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Scoping solutions, setting timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to spec.
- Being the technical advisor to our customers—helping them design the right architecture using Upsales, our API, and third-party tools.
- Managing stakeholders internally and externally, including developers and other vendors.
- Continuously improving our project delivery playbooks and best practices.
Who We're Looking For
- Sharp, independent, and experienced project manager with a proven track record
- At least 5-10 years of experience leading technical projects within IT, CRM, or SaaS
- Strong technical fluency; comfortable collaborating with developers and discussing APIs, architecture, and integrations
- Master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or equivalent
- Experienced in managing complex integrations involving third-party systems
- Strong communicator; skilled at managing both stakeholders and timelines
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Deep understanding of Upsales (as a power user or through close collaboration)
- Business-focused mindset; driven by outcomes and value, not just technology
