Global Solution Marketing Manager, Lund

Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for transforming complex technology into clear and compelling value propositions? Axis is now seeking an experienced Global Solution Marketing Manager to join our Solution Marketing team in Lund.

Who is your future team?

You will be part of Solution Marketing, a team within Global Sales and Marketing with the mission to build demand by expressing the value of products, solutions and services from Axis and our strategic partners. We deliver on this promise through cross-functional collaboration and by developing marketing materials that support sales and strengthen Axis brand.

What you'll do as Global Solution Marketing Manager at Axis?

You will work in a cross-functional team and be responsible for marketing and communication within your area. You will ensure to successfully bring offerings to the market that are part of a solution offering and will be responsible for market positioning, developing the communication and messaging that are based on different target groups' needs. You will act as a project leader to ensure all required marketing deliverables in a timely manner.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you are business minded and have experience from marketing complex offerings, preferably from an international company within the technology industry. You possess excellent marketing knowledge and are especially skilled in product marketing and technology marketing within B2B.

You are self-going and driven and possess great cooperation skills. You are skilled in navigating in a bigger organization and to reach results through cross-functional collaboration. You have an ability to work strategic as well as operational and appreciate both established way of working as well as being more flexible. You have excellent project management skills and deliver quality results under time pressure.

In addition to the above we believe that you have:

• A degree in Marketing
• Extensive knowledge of English, particularly in writing

We'd love to hear that you have:

• Experience of leading cross-functional projects
• Experience from product and technology marketing within B2B
