About The Role
Our Identity and Access Management Service Area is looking for an IAM Security Specialist to join us. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a large and experienced team of Identity and Access Management professionals who provide comprehensive solutions in the IAM area.As an IAM Security Specialist, you will act as a technical specialist in our Identity and Access Management continuous services. You will support, implement, integrate, and deploy IAM solutions. The role also includes documentation and testing. You will have the chance to work with advanced technologies and collaborate with a highly skilled team.Previous experience and interest in cybersecurity and IAM are considered assets. This position is ideal for someone with an analytical mindset, basic programming knowledge, and strong communication and documentation skills. The position will be located in Espoo, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden. We support remote work. English is our working language. The position is permanent and full-time. There might be a need for on-call work.

About You
In this role we hope to see:

• Understanding of IAM concepts and systems, with familiarity with key standards
• Previous experience or a strong interest in working with various identity, access, and privileged account management solutions
• Familiarity with DevOps Tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub)
• SQL skills
• Programming skills, preferably Java
• General understanding of web API´s (REST, JSON)
• Expertise in complex technical environments, process automation, and agile development methodologies
• Ability to lead the design and development of PAM solutions, ensuring alignment with security policies and access management requirements
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD
• This role requires strong communication and documentation skills in English

Nice To Have

• Prior experience in building IGA or PAM Architecture
• Experience in modern IAM technologies like Saviynt, Delinea, BeyondTrust or Sailpoint
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM etc.
