We are now looking for skilled
Train Technicians (Electrical / System Integration)
to join our team and work on exciting projects within the
rail industry
. In this role, you will perform complex repairs, upgrades, and installations on modern trains and rolling stock systems — ensuring reliability, safety, and high-quality technical performance.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform
major repairs, replacements, and system installations
on trains and rolling stock - Dismantle and reassemble
components and subsystems such as traction, HVAC, converters, or control units - Work with
electrical diagrams and single-line schematics
to troubleshoot and integrate systems - Conduct
functional testing and verification
after system installation or modification - Collaborate closely with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Document technical actions, updates, and improvements according to quality standards
- Contribute to
continuous improvement and innovation
within train maintenance and system upgrades
Qualifications
- Background in
electrical, mechatronic, or mechanical maintenance
(education or practical experience) - Experience from
train, tram, or heavy vehicle systems
— or other complex industrial/electrical equipment - Ability to
read and understand electrical schematics
and system diagrams (e.g. single-line diagrams) - Solid understanding of
system interaction and integration
between electrical and mechanical subsystems - Hands-on experience with
repairs, installations, and upgrades
in a workshop or depot environment - Analytical mindset, precision, and strong problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented and safety-focused attitude
- Experience from rolling stock maintenance, system retrofitting, or electrical system integration is highly valued.
