We are now looking for skilled
Train Technicians (Electrical / System Integration)
to join our team and work on exciting projects within the
rail industry
. In this role, you will perform complex repairs, upgrades, and installations on modern trains and rolling stock systems — ensuring reliability, safety, and high-quality technical performance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform
    major repairs, replacements, and system installations
    on trains and rolling stock
  • Dismantle and reassemble
    components and subsystems such as traction, HVAC, converters, or control units
  • Work with
    electrical diagrams and single-line schematics
    to troubleshoot and integrate systems
  • Conduct
    functional testing and verification
    after system installation or modification
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Document technical actions, updates, and improvements according to quality standards
  • Contribute to
    continuous improvement and innovation
    within train maintenance and system upgrades

Qualifications

  • Background in
    electrical, mechatronic, or mechanical maintenance
    (education or practical experience)
  • Experience from
    train, tram, or heavy vehicle systems
    — or other complex industrial/electrical equipment
  • Ability to
    read and understand electrical schematics
    and system diagrams (e.g. single-line diagrams)
  • Solid understanding of
    system interaction and integration
    between electrical and mechanical subsystems
  • Hands-on experience with
    repairs, installations, and upgrades
    in a workshop or depot environment
  • Analytical mindset, precision, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented and safety-focused attitude
  • Experience from rolling stock maintenance, system retrofitting, or electrical system integration is highly valued.
