Om rollen

Som Team Leader på Activate Games Göteborg blir du navet i vår dagliga drift och den som ser till att vi tillsammans levererar en minnesvärd upplevelse. Du leder teamet på plats, stöttar dem under skiftet och ser till att verksamheten fungerar från gästupplevelse och kommunikation till kvalitet samt tempo. Du och andra Team Leads kollegor är även platsansvarig under skift och ansvarar för öppning, stängning samt överlämning. Du är den person som kliver fram, håller huvudet kallt och säkerställer att vi alltid är ACTIVATE.

Driftsansvar

  • Säkerställa en positiv och professionell kundupplevelse under hela besöket.

  • Hantera telefon, e-post och bokningar samt löser problem när det behövs.

  • Kassahantering, betalningar och administrativa rutiner.

  • Kommunicera anläggningens status/beläggning till både teamet och gästerna.

  • Säkerställa att alla rutiner följs.

Ledarskap

  • Introducera och utbilda nya medarbetare.

  • Leda genom ett positivt, närvarande och lösningsorienterat förhållningssätt.

  • Skapa god energi på skiftet och ge teamet stöd där det behövs.

  • Delegera uppgifter och säkerställa att teamet arbetar effektivt och enligt standard.

  • Bygga relationer med både gäster, kollegor och ledning.

Underhåll & inventarier

  • Säkerställa att rum och stationer hålls i toppskick genom delad ansvarsfördelning i teamet.

  • Hantera inventarier, leveranser och behov av material genom delad ansvarsfördelning i teamet.

  • Dokumentera och rapportera underhållsbehov.

  • Samverka kring servicebesök och tekniskt underhåll när det behövs.

Vem söker vi?

Du är en energigivande och lösningsorienterad ledare som trivs i ett högt tempo med många bollar i luften. Du är trygg med att ta beslut, hjälpa till där det behövs och få teamet att prestera tillsammans. Framför allt brinner du givetvis för service och att ge människor en grym upplevelse

Kvalifikationer

  • Erfarenhet från upplevelsebranschen, service, retail, hospitality eller liknande roll.

  • Du har tidigare varit anställt Team Leader, Manager eller eller arbetat i en arbetsledande position.

  • Stark kommunikatör som skapar goda kundrelationer.

  • God datorvana

  • Lösningsorienterad, positiv och stresstålig.

  • Bonus: Du gillar teknik eller är händig (en fördel i våra spelrum).
