Job Description

• Act as a strategic partner to Finance in improving reporting processes, KPI structures,
and data-driven decision support.

• Understand and analyze financial needs and translate them into appropriate data
models, reports, and dashboards.

• Develop and maintain BI solutions in Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Databricks with a focus
on financial reporting.

• Ensure Finance works with the right data, structure, and methodology – both in
operational and strategic contexts.

• Identify and drive improvements in data quality, reporting flows, and processes.

• Train and support Finance users in BI tools and data-driven working methods.

• Participate in the development of data platforms and architecture with a focus on financial
needs.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• At least 5 years of experience in BI development or as a Data Analyst with a clear
connection to Finance

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, closing, and business
logic

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Knowledge in agile development

• Technical expertise in:
o Qlik Sense and/or Power BI
o Databricks (Spark, SQL, Delta Lake, Python)
o Data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse structures

Meritorious

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Workday), financial consolidation, and
regulatory reporting requirements
