About the Role:
This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining advanced solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online. The position involves end-to-end solution development, system administration, integration work, and continuous improvement of BI and automation capabilities. The Senior Developer will also play a key role in requirement gathering, technical leadership, and ensuring best practices across the platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development

• Develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).

• Automate business processes with Power Automate.

• Customize SharePoint Online lists, forms, and components.

• Build Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to junior developers.

System Administration & Maintenance

• Administer Power Platform environments, permissions, and data sources.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications and legacy systems.

• Ensure security, data integrity, and stability across solutions.

Best Practices & Documentation

• Establish and promote development best practices and standards.

• Prepare and maintain architectural documents, deployment instructions, and user guides.

• Implement ALM and DevOps workflows using Azure DevOps (or similar).

Integration

• Integrate solutions with Microsoft services (Dataverse, Microsoft Teams).

• Build custom integrations using JavaScript, CSOM, and OData.

• Connect to third-party systems and APIs as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.

• Proficiency in SharePoint Online configuration and development.

• Experience with Dataverse for data modeling and management.

• Good understanding of development standards and best practices.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar version control tools.

• Strong foundation in core software engineering principles.

• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

• Fluent in English; Swedish is a merit.
