We are currently looking for three Senior Business Analysts to join our client's Financial Transparency Project, an initiative designed to strengthen the organization's financial insights and transparency within Technology. This is a full-time consulting assignment based in Stockholm, starting in January 2026.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation of the ITFM tool Apptio and the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout, effective stakeholder management, and a strong foundation for data-driven financial decision-making.

Required expertise:

  • Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Experience in Tech Finance Management
  • Strong skills in facilitating workshops
  • Hands-on experience in change management and stakeholder communication
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Meriting experience:

  • Experience with Technology Business Management (TBM) and/or Apptio
