Som Informationsstyrningsansvarig SAK får du en central och strategisk roll där du driver viktiga initiativ och skapar affärsvärde ur information. Här får du möjligheten att leda, påverka och utveckla arbetet med informationsstyrning i en komplex och spännande miljö.

Om jobbet
I rollen som Informationsstyrningsansvarig SAK ansvarar du för att driva och samordna informationsstyrningsinitiativ inom affärsenheten SAK. Du fungerar som en central kontaktpunkt och möjliggörare för enhetlig och hållbar informationshantering, samt samarbetar nära både verksamhets- och IT-ledare. Med din förståelse för affärens behov engagerar och stöttar du organisationen i att utveckla och implementera effektiva arbetssätt för informationsstyrning.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer vara bland annat:

  • Löpande stötta och engagera verksamheten i deras arbete med informationsstyrning
  • Utveckla arbetssätt för informationsarkitektur och stödja utrullningen av dessa
  • Följa upp och rapportera till SAK Styrgrupp Informationsstyrning om aktiviteter och effektivitet
  • Utforma och genomföra utbildningsinsatser inom informationsarkitektur
  • Administrera processer, rutiner, policys och verktyg för informationsstyrning
  • Granska och godkänna leveranser från arbetsgrupper inom området
  • Fånga upp och vägleda frågor av taktisk och operativ karaktär
  • Följa upp milstolpar och KPI:er samt kommunicera dessa till styrgruppen
  • Leda och samordna informationsstyrningsarbetet på övergripande nivå
  • Skapa gränssnitt och möjliggöra effektiv samverkan mellan verksamhet, IT och nyckelroller
  • Kommunicera beslut från dataansvariga till intressenter
  • Hantera backlog och koordinera roller inom informationsstyrningen
  • Driva granskning av datakvalitet och uppföljning av mätetal
  • Agera primär eskaleringspunkt till exekutiva sponsorer
