We are now looking for a Head of Automotive Financing & Partnerships, a key role responsible for securing competitive stock financing solutions for the Group's dealerships and enabling innovative retail financing offerings in collaboration with financial institutions.

As Head of Automotive Financing & Partnerships, you will take on a senior position within Group Treasury with responsibility for developing and managing strategic financing partnerships across the automotive ecosystem. You will report directly to the Group Treasury Director and be based at our headquarters in Mölndal.

Strategic Partnerships

• Establish, negotiate, and maintain relationships with banks, captive finance providers, and other financial institutions.
• Drive collaboration models for both wholesale (stock financing) and retail financing.

Financing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement financing structures that optimize working capital and support business growth.
• Evaluate new financing solutions and digital innovations within automotive financing.

Business Collaboration

• Partner with Group Treasury, Group Finance, and Retail Operations to align financing solutions with business needs.
• Support retail teams in designing attractive consumer financing products that boost sales and customer loyalty.

Risk & Compliance

• Ensure financing agreements and partnerships are fully compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor financial risk exposure related to financing structures and counterparties.

Leadership & Influence

• Serve as a subject-matter expert in automotive financing across the Group.
• Represent Hedin Mobility Group in external negotiations, industry forums, and strategic discussions.

• Proven experience in automotive financing, treasury, or related financial services.
• Strong track record in managing wholesale (stock) and retail financing collaborations.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of financing structures, credit risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
