What awaits you
  • Sales and profit responsibility for your own business segment, with a focus on the Nordics and global suppliers.
  • Establish and grow business with existing and new customers through frequent visits and long-term relationship building.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and actively generate new leads in the assigned area.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate customer support and manage the final sales stages, including price negotiations, contract preparation, and closing deals.
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate closely with our international teams.
What we expect
  • Previous sales experience with a focus on raw materials or specialty chemicals
  • Passionate about business, strategy and closing deals
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and a highly structured and independent way of working
  • Communicative and team oriented personality
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM and SAP
  • Willingness to travel, up to 50% of time
  • Business fluent in English and Swedish
