We are looking for…

A motivated Accounting Intern to join our Helsingborg office. You will work closely with our small, friendly finance team and gain broad hands-on experience across accounting, administration, and monthly finance routines.

Who we're looking for

Someone who is eager to learn and excited to deepen their understanding of accounting and financial processes. You are a team player who enjoys helping out wherever needed and thrives in a supportive environment.

We think you'll thrive if you:

  • Are currently studying Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar
  • Speak and write Swedish and English confidently
  • Enjoy structure, numbers, and problem-solving
  • Have basic Excel skills
  • Work well in a team and communicate clearly
  • Are able to work on-site at our Helsingborg office
  • Bonus: You have experience using Navision (NAV / Business Central)

And hey — even if you don't tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you (Swedish and English speaking and writing is still a requirement).

What you'll be doing

You'll gain practical experience in key financial processes, including:

Accounts Payable

  • Coding and booking supplier invoices
  • Managing payments
  • Payment- and bank reconciliation

Accounts Receivable (Kundreskontra)

  • Reconciliation of inbound payments both for B2C and B2B
  • Supporting cash collection process

Accounting

  • Account reconciliations
  • Accruals/prepaid expenses
  • General bookkeeping
  • Month-end support and closing activities
  • Reporting to management
  • VAT/Tax

General Administration

  • Assisting the finance team in daily administrative tasks

This internship will give you a strong foundation in accounting processes and an opportunity to see how real finance operations function inside a dynamic travel company.

Our recruitment process

We will contact applicants continuously for interviews. If we do move forward with you, you will be invited to our office in Helsingborg to meet the team.

The time period for the internship is flexible but should be done during spring of 2026. We are open to flexible working hours throughout the week, doesn't necessarily have to be 40h/week.
