About the Role

TP-Link Nordic is seeking a PR & Influencer Manager to strengthen our regional marketing team and unify our communication across the Nordic markets.

In this role, you will take ownership of earned media, influencer relations, and media monitoring for Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. Ensuring a consistent, data-driven, and brand-aligned presence across all channels.

You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, and stakeholders, while independently planning, executing, and evaluating PR and influencer activities.

This is a senior, strategic, and project-oriented role where you are expected to operate largely independently after onboarding period, combining creative storytelling with analytical reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations

  • Develop and execute Nordic PR strategies aligned with local strategy and marketing plans.
  • Manage product PR - including press releases, media outreach, review coordination, and product sample logistics.
  • Maintain and expand media relations across technology, lifestyle, and consumer press.
  • Create, distribute, and localize press materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders and translation support.
  • Oversee media monitoring and reporting through Meltwater, providing earned media insights, sentiment analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

Influencer & Creator Relations

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers and content creators aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage influencer collaborations from negotiation to reporting (organic and paid).
  • Develop campaign briefs, content guidelines, and performance tracking frameworks.
  • Build a long-term Nordic creator network to support future product launches and brand campaigns.

Collaboration & Internal Alignment

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and sales team to align messaging and PR timing.
  • Support social media storytelling with earned content and influencer integrations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on Nordic coverage, reporting, and best practice sharing.
  • Provide strategic input on campaign planning and product positioning from a PR perspective.
  • Independently plan, execute, and optimize PR and influencer initiatives with minimal day-to-day supervision.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing, ideally within consumer electronics, IT, or lifestyle technology.
  • Strong media relations skills and understanding of Nordic media landscape.
  • Demonstrated professional stability, including at least one role with 3+ years at the same company, showing the ability to manage challenges and deliver sustained results.
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and content collaborations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Skilled in using PR and monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven insights, supported by measurable results.

Highly Meritorious

  • Experience working in-house in a Nordic or international environment.
  • Understanding of consumer tech, smart home, or networking sectors.
  • Experience coordinating PR for product launches or trade shows.
  • Ability to produce or adapt visual materials (basic Canva/Adobe skills).
