About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Replicon Solution Expert to lead the stabilization and improvement of the already deployed time and absence management solution for a leading multinational consulting firm. This role involves working within a team of solution experts, working across 39 countries, and supporting a workforce of 350,000 employees. You will be responsible for strengthening processes, enhancing solution capabilities, and ensuring closer alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of functional time and absence management processes, expertise in SaaS solutions deployment and integration processes, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.

Your role

Solution Stabilization & Improvement:

  • Lead the efforts to stabilize and improve the Replicon solution in line with global and local requirements
  • Enhance the platform to align with evolving business processes and organizational policies for time and absence management.
  • Manage and deliver country-specific change requests, ensuring scalability and consistency.
  • Provide hands-on support in solution design and implementation.

Team Leadership:

  • Collaborate with a team of highly experienced solution experts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Business Engagement:

  • Manage on-going change requests with the Business and facilitate proper analysis and feasibility of the requests
  • Facilitate workshops with business teams to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Documentation and Specification:

Develop comprehensive functional specifications, architecture documents, and integration flow diagrams.

  • Document global and country-specific configurations, ensuring transparency and traceability of changes.

Integration Design and Technical Expertise:

  • Work closely with technical teams to define and validate data integration flows between Replicon and other systems, including ERP and HRIS platforms.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with global and local regulatory requirements during integrations.

Project Coordination and Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Support project managers in tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks.
Qualifications and Skills

Functional Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of time and absence management processes, including policies, approvals, compliance, and reporting.
  • Experience conducting business workshops and gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in Replicon SaaS platform implementation and configuration.
  • Knowledge of data integration methods (APIs, middleware, ETL tools) and cloud-based architecture.
  • Design end-to-end data flows and describe system interdependencies.
  • Create functional specifications, use case scenarios, and process flow diagrams.
  • Experience in documenting requirements for large, complex organizations.

Management Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of solution experts.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience in implementing time and absence management solutions, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Replicon.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel globally as needed.
