Role overview

We are looking for a full stack engineer to join our team and help enable the development and scaling of our Epicz industrial AI platform. This is a hands-on operational and leadership role, where you'll architect solutions, and collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to ship production-grade software that integrates intelligent decision-making, automation, and real-time operator feedback.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead end-to-end development of the Epicz Industrial AI platform: backend, APIs, integrations, and frontend.

·       Work with latest agentic architectures and realize the same.

·       Architect scalable systems that support real-time AI inference, data pipelines, and secure operator interactions.

·       Collaborate with data scientists to integrate models and deploy intelligent features.

·       Together with the rest of team enable engineering best practices across the team (code quality, testing, CI/CD).

·       Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.

·       Work closely with product and UX to ensure technical solutions align with business and user needs.

·       Take initiative in identifying system bottlenecks, improving performance, and managing tech debt.

·       Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to our tech stack.

Requirements

· years of professional software development experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or senior role.

·       Proven track record of architecting and building complex web applications or platforms.

·       Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages: .Net, , Python and Azure services.

·       Solid understanding of cloud-native infrastructure (e.g., Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).

·       Experience working with AI/ML-driven products or integrating ML models into production systems.

·       Strong communication and leadership skills.

·       Experience with agile development methodologies and remote collaboration tools.

·       Bonus: experience with real-time data processing and domain-specific automation systems.

Location

Gothenburg, Sweden and part of our R&D center.
