Assembly Test & Verification Engineer – Mechatronic Systems
We are looking for an
Assembly Test and Verification Engineer
to support the assembly, integration, and testing of
advanced mechatronic systems
. You will work hands-on throughout the product lifecycle — from early design and prototyping to system testing and release — in close collaboration with design, quality, and production teams.
The role combines
practical engineering, testing, and lab work
, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software components. You will also contribute to test processes, documentation, lab improvements, and mentoring within a cross-disciplinary environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble and integrate mechatronic prototypes and products
- Perform safety, functional, and performance testing at component and system level
- Support early-stage development, rapid prototyping, and lab operations
- Contribute to test methods, documentation, and continuous improvements
- Collaborate closely across engineering, quality, and production teams
Key requirements
- Engineering degree (Master's or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in
Assembly, Test & Verification - Broad understanding of
mechatronic systems
(mechanical, electrical, software) - Hands-on experience assembling and testing integrated systems
- Strong problem-solving and hardware troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working in complex organizations and early development phases
- Fluent in
English
