Alfa Laval Talent Program
is a ground-breaking program designed to attract top-tier talents and empower bright minds who possess the passion to make significant contributions in their fields of study and create an impact to the growth and success of Alfa Lava. Our primary goal is to establish a mutually beneficial relationship, where students can continuously learn and develop while we provide them the experience needed for their professional growth giving way for a promising and rewarding career journey with us.

Who You Are
We are looking for students in Sweden who are currently in their
2nd or 3rd year of their bachelor's degree
who plan to continue toward a Master's degree
mainly in
Nuclear Engineering, Process Engineering
,
Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Physics and Engineering Mathematics
who have interests in
Nuclear-related areas and topics.
To enjoy working at Alfa Laval you should have a solid drive and motivation to succeed, be able to work independently and enjoy working in teams. It is also essential that you have excellent networking capabilities. A good command of Swedish and English, both written and verbal is required as well as computer skills. Additionally, we value your participation in extracurricular activities and other interests.
