I am looking for an experienced tech lead with a strong background in C#/.NET and ideally some React experience to join a leading financial company in Stockholm. This is a key technical leadership role where you'll guide engineering direction, support team growth, and help shape business-critical platforms in a highly regulated environment.

You don't need to be a people manager, but you should have demonstrable experience leading teams technically, mentoring developers, and contributing to recruitment and team development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as technical lead for a development team, setting direction and ensuring high engineering standards.
  • Design, develop, and evolve core financial systems using .NET and modern front-end technologies.
  • Support and mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and day-to-day problem solving.
  • Play an active role in recruitment processes, including interviewing and technical assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in architecture, tooling, and ways of working.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' professional experience working with .NET/C#.
  • Demonstrable experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
  • Front-end experience, ideally with React and/or TypeScript.
  • Strong experience working with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
  • Solid SQL and database design experience.
  • Background in financial services is a strong plus, but not required.

This role requires candidates to speak fluent Swedish and visa sponsorship cannot be provided.
