About Machinery Assist

Machinery Assist delivers complex solutions for industrial companies, including machinery relocation and installation, maintenance and service, and industrial automation and robotics. We operate across Europe with a strong reputation for safety, reliability, and deadline responsibility.

The mission

Build and grow Machinery Assist's commercial footprint in Sweden by opening doors to manufacturing decision-makers and converting real operational needs into qualified sales opportunities (machinery moves, upgrades, automation, maintenance/service, and engineering support).

What you will do

• Identify and approach industrial companies in Sweden where our services are relevant (factory expansions, production line changes, decommissioning, relocation projects, modernization, automation).

• Use your local network to secure introductions and meetings with Plant Managers, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Procurement.

• Qualify opportunities clearly: scope, urgency, timeline, constraints, stakeholders, and decision process.

• Represent Machinery Assist as a credible local partner - build trust, reduce perceived risk, and keep momentum.

• Coordinate next steps with our central team (sales and technical) so opportunities move forward fast and cleanly.

• Support the commercial process until signature by removing friction (site visits, stakeholder alignment, practical next actions).

• Ensure activity visibility: update our CRM directly, or share structured notes so our sales support can update the CRM.

• Join short weekly check-ins to align on priorities, pipeline, and next steps.

What success looks like

• A steady flow of qualified meetings with the right stakeholders.

• A pipeline of relevant industrial opportunities with clear next steps.

• Trust-based relationships that convert into projects.

• Transparent reporting and structured handovers to the Machinery Assist team.

Who you are

• You have proven experience selling into industrial/manufacturing environments (industrial services, equipment, technical solutions, or similar).

• You have an active local network and can open doors that are hard to access cold.

• You are comfortable with consultative, longer sales cycles.

• You communicate clearly and professionally, and you follow through reliably.

• You're hands-on, independent, and enjoy representing a strong delivery team.

• Language: English is required. Swedish language is a strong advantage.

Cooperation model

• This is an agent / commercial representative role (B2B cooperation).

• Compensation is structured as a monthly retainer + success-based commission for signed clients/projects.

• Clear performance expectations and fair termination terms are agreed in the contract (to keep cooperation transparent and low-risk for both sides).
