Är du en serviceinriktad och teknisk problemlösare som trivs i komplexa miljöer? Som Onsite Supporttekniker får du en varierad och viktig roll där du säkerställer en stabil IT-miljö för användare på plats i Göteborg. I rollen kommer du bland annat att:


• Lösa IT-relaterade problem där fjärrsupport inte räcker till


• Installera och leverera datorer, telefoner och annan hårdvara


• Hantera VIP-ärenden och ge snabb, professionell support


• Utföra systematisk felsökning och dokumentera ärenden


• Säkerställa uppdaterad kunskapsdatabas och skapa instruktioner


• Supportera skrivare och konferensrum


• Stötta kollegor vid driftstörningar eller säkerhetsrelaterade incidenter

För att bli framgångsrik i denna roll behöver du

  • Relevant erfarenhet av onsite support eller liknande teknisk supportroll
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
  • B-körkort
