At Naive, we bring ideas to life in 3D – from commercials and drama to game trailers and beyond.

Your mission is to take ownership of projects from first brief to final frame, ensuring both creative quality and technical excellence. Many of our projects are compact enough for you to drive independently, giving you the freedom to shape the process, make key creative decisions, and see your ideas come to life on screen.

At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to work in larger teams. On international or bigger productions, a 3D Lead directs a group of around ten people. These projects are occasional today but growing, and as Naive expands internationally you'll be right there with us, taking on more ambitious productions, collaborating across borders and pushing the creative bar higher each time.

As a Generalist, the role is naturally broad. Here are some of the key areas you'll work with:

Drive productions end-to-end: from modeling and animation to compositing, look development, and on-set VFX supervising.

Shape ideas with our directors, pitch treatments, and advise clients and agencies on creative and technical choices – helping land projects and bring them to life.

Plan and run projects efficiently – balancing vision, time, budget, and resources while keeping quality high.

Collaborate with teammates, mentor juniors, and share knowledge to raise the creative bar together and contribute to our learning culture.

You care about the craft as much as the final delivery.

An experienced 3D Generalist, with a track record in commercials, film, or game trailers - showcasing an understanding of our production pipeline.

Confident in tools like Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, and After Effects.

Organized and comfortable driving projects independently, while thriving in a collaborative team.

Communicative, humble, and curious – you enjoy sharing knowledge and learning from others.

Naive was founded in 2007 by film directors, animators and visual effects artists – and has since grown into a production power-house; combining a wide range of skills under one roof.

The production company Naive Film is fueled by Naive Animation Studio, our in-house VFX, animation and post-production facility. They form a robust alliance capable of realizing complex productions and ambitious ideas.
