Stockholm office
.

What you'll do
In this role, you'll be working closely with the Finance team in Copenhagen and helping our consultant colleagues in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg and Oslo. Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Invoice and administer projects in collaboration with the project manager
  • Perform bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts in connection with invoicing
  • Support the accounts receivable team (payments and reminders)
  • Assist with VAT and corporate tax returns
  • Continuously optimise and standardise accounting processes
  • Participate in internal as well as international projects

What you'll bring
We are looking for a true team player with a background in finance. You'll be a strong candidate if you can contribute to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction with a can-do attitude and positive energy.

On top of that, the right candidate will also:

  • Be efficient, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Be proficient in MS Office and have a flair for numbers
  • Be a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Thrive in our Scandinavian company culture, with a flat organisational structure and a high degree of autonomy
  • Be fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
