Your role

As our Information & Transformation Lead  you will take a central role in transforming how we manage information, tools, and improvement across our business. Our organization is growing rapidly – and with growth comes the need to evolve. We're scaling up our ways of working, strengthening our information management, and building a culture that embraces learning, speed, and collaboration.

This is not a traditional staff role – it's a catalyst role. You'll drive improvement through others: by creating engagement, alignment, and momentum across teams. We have a solid foundation of tools and ways of working – now we need to transform them into a modern, scalable and data driven environment.

Your mission:

  • Represent our business unit in company-wide initiatives on information management, tools, and methods.
  • Lead or support improvement projects that boost efficiency, quality, and collaboration.
  • Engage teams and leaders in continuous improvement, turning ideas into tangible results.
  • Translate strategies and frameworks into smart, scalable ways of working.
  • Promote digital, data-driven, and modern approaches to information and process management.
  • Help prepare our information landscape – from product data to development environments – for data-driven engineering and the use of generative AI.
  • Build trust and alignment across disciplines and organizational levels.

You understand what it takes to build and maintain an information environment ready for AI-assisted and data-driven development. We don't expect you to be a data scientist, but you're deeply interested in how digital tools, structured information, and modern workflows can unlock new potential in engineering and business operations.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
