Skills and experience

  • Proven experience (8+ yrs) as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of the platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC or Financial Services industry experience) is essential.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with integration patterns, including APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and development lifecycles.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
  • Preferred: Salesforce Platform App Builder or Developer certifications.
  • Good to know Agentforce and Data Cloud.
