About us
0+X is a software consultancy with a team of 50 experts in areas like Machine Learning, C++, Data Engineering, Backend, DevOps, Frontend, and Mobile application development.
To help us grow the software engineering team further we would like to have a new junior technical recruiter to join us. We source developers from all around the world and have internally developed methods to test their skills throughout the process.
Position description
As a junior technical recruiter, you will have the opportunity to immediately help us with hands on tasks while learning the whole recruitment process during the training we will provide. With time you will grow your confidence to start recruiting candidates independently.
In order to be successful, you should:
- Have constant desire to learn different things, learning to talk and understand technology, source, interview, test and hire candidates.
- Have great organizational skills to take care of different candidates and positions at the same time and provide the best candidate experience.
- Have great storytelling as well as confidence with written and spoken communication in English
- Enjoy solving challenges on the go, being creative with solutions to all the different situations that can come up during the hiring process.
- Like working with the team, receiving and sharing ideas in order to constantly improve personal and team approach within 0+X.
Qualifications
- BSc degree OR couple of years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge or interest in learning about technology on a high level.
- Excellent oral and written fluency in English.
- A personality that thrives in a dynamic team environment.
