Reward Consultant at Pihr

We are looking for an engaged Reward Consultant to join our growing team and help develop our customers' work with compensation and rewards.

You will play an important role in supporting our license customers with expertise in areas such as pay equity analysis, salary structures, and job architecture. You will work in an advisory and analytical capacity, in close dialogue with our customers' HR teams, to create fair, competitive, and sustainable reward strategies and structures. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic and hands-on data-driven analysis that truly makes a difference.

Who are you?

We believe you have 2-4 years of experience in Rewards or HR, are analytical, and feel confident providing analytical advice. You have strong presentation skills, are communicative, and customer oriented. You take ownership of your deliverables, work in a structured way, and enjoy a role where you can combine analysis with business-oriented thinking.

Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical skills with 2-4 years' experience working with data (e.g., spreadsheets, reports) and an interest in learning salary or market benchmarking
  • Good understanding of Compensation or HR concepts and passionate to learn more about rewards and pay equity
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the excellent ability to create reports or presentations
  • Experience supporting client interactions or team projects, with an interest in helping deliver insights and recommendations
  • Familiarity with talent management, HR systems, or consulting environments is a merit but not required
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in workplace fairness and contributing to global pay-equity efforts
