Your Role – Lead, Transform, Deliver

In this role you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for the development, delivery, and performance of our B2B product portfolio – including leasing and factoring solutions.

You will be at the center of our digital evolution, ensuring our product offerings are not only competitive and compliant, but also digitally scalable and aligned with the needs of the modern B2B customer.

You will lead strategic product direction, operational delivery, manage supplier relationships, and play a key part in how we innovate and optimise through low/no-code configuration. You will also act as senior counterpart and contract owner for key third-party vendors.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic and operational leadership of Ikano Bank's B2B products
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team (product managers and configuration specialists)
  • Define and execute the B2B product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy
  • Ensure high-quality and compliant delivery of products in-market
  • Own supplier relationships and manage third-party contracts, governance, and service requests
  • Drive incremental product updates, prioritising regulatory, risk, and lifecycle changes
  • Perform product reviews, risk processes, and financial follow-up
  • Expand our approach to configuration and low-code/no-code development
  • Collaborate across the bank's value stream, driving alignment and stakeholder engagement
  • Shape and support the delivery of new products and continuous improvement

Your Background

  • 10+ years of relevant experience within financial services and change management
  • Proven track record within B2B product development
  • Experience in supplier and contract management
  • Experience leading through complex transformations and change initiatives
