As Head of Operations, you'll combine hands-on delivery with strategic scaling. You'll be deeply involved in the daily operations - handling customer and partner cases, coordinating with installers, and ensuring that every project runs smoothly - while also developing the systems, processes, and pricing models that drive Done's growth.

You will:
  • Oversee Done's operational delivery across EV chargers, batteries, and maintenance for partners like E.ON, KGK, Elbilsvaruhuset and Tesla.
  • Manage daily operational cases and act as second-line support for complex issues - ensuring a fast, high-quality experience for customers, installers, and partners.
  • Structure and scale operations - building efficient processes, routines, and frameworks.
  • Lead and grow the Operations team (currently one full-time + part-time associates).
  • Develop and refine pricing models for different installation types within EV Charging and Batteries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and installer networks.
  • Collaborate with Product to improve workflows in the Done platform.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and scalability, including AI-driven improvements.
Who You Are

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Master's in Engineering (or equivalent) from a top university with excellent results.
  • Wants to develop deep technical understanding of EV charger and battery installations and become the in-house expert supporting both operations and partners.
  • Has 1–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, or project management - ideally in tech or a scale-up.
  • Has a track record of top performance in work, studies, or other achievements.
  • Is entrepreneurial, structured, and proactive, with strong strategic thinking.
  • Communicates well and builds strong relationships with partners, customers and installers.
  • Uses data to improve processes and make informed decisions.
  • Thrives in an early-stage environment where ideas quickly turn into action.
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English.
