Property & Buildings is responsible for WSP's building and real estate business and plays a crucial role in the transition to a sustainable society. We perform projects that include industrial buildings, healthcare facilities, secure buildings, public structures, energy plants, and infrastructure.

We are approximately 1,100 employees with a wide range of expertise, located in 25 offices across Sweden.

Leader Healthcare is a key component of the P&B moving forward strategy, offering a unique opportunity to develop and implement the growth strategy for the healthcare segment.

WSP support the Healthcare sector with a wide range of niche technical experts with a culture of collaboration, within a framework for large project delivery. Integrating engineering and environmental sciences, pride themselves on technical excellence to solve the complexities facing the healthcare industry as it needs to meet the demands of not only patient safety but also building security in the event of an crisis due to increasing uncertainty in the world and yet powers the green building concepts. We deliver among other services strategic planning and advisory services, design for structures, MEP, infrastructure, as well as environmental and permitting advice.

About The Role
As Leader Healthcare and part of Property & Buildings (P&B) sector, you will develop and deliver the growth strategy for the healthcare segment in collaboration with colleagues in Sweden, the Nordic region, and globally. You will shape growth through the development of offerings, client account management, proposal win strategies, project delivery, operational excellence, and people development. With the full breadth and depth of WSP's service offerings for healthcare clients in mind, you will shape and deliver high-value advisory and engineering services. You will drive a client-centric culture and build strategic relationships with key clients.

Qualifications
We're searching for you, who have 20+ years of experience of technical speciality within the defense and security consulting market, with progressive leadership experience. Your experience includes technical work in the healthcare sector and professional services industry experience is a must with relevant experience in management, finance, engineering, or other relevant industry. You also have demonstrated success partnering with defense and security clients, and experience and understanding of the "as sold" approach to projects.

Other Qualifications Needed And Preferred For The Role Are

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to think strategically and drive change.
• Experience within a sizeable public company is preferable.
• Proven ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Solid presentation skills (verbal & written).
• Excellent leader with a proven track record of building high-performing, collaborative, results-oriented teams.
• A master's degree in a relevant area and/or MBA is an asset.
• Bilingualism (Swedish and English) is preferred.

Location
Location can be at any office in Sweden and the role will require travelling within the country.
