At Traton Battery Development, we're at the forefront of electrifying heavy transport solutions. Our Cell development teams play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge battery systems that power the future of mobility. We're seeking a proactive and organized Scrum Master to guide our team in delivering high-quality results through agile methodologies.

Role Summary
This role is a part of TRATON Group R&D, located in Södertälje, Sweden.

As Scrum Master for one of our agile Cell Development teams at Traton Battery Development, you will play a key role in enabling agile ways of working and ensuring efficient delivery of battery cell solutions. You will support a cross-functional team working at the forefront of electrification, contributing to the development of sustainable transport technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Manage work in progress and the team's capacity to ensure a smooth delivery flow according to Traton product development process
• Support and coach the team in agile ways of working and remove impediments to enhance the team's productivity
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to support effective prioritization
• Act as a bridge between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, focusing on time to market, safety, quality, and sustainability.

Who You Are
We believe you have a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, with proven experience as a Scrum Master—preferably in engineering or hardware development. You are structured, communicative, and proactive, with a strong drive for continuous improvement. Fluency in English is required; Swedish or German is a plus.
