Senior Security Engineer, Product Security

What You'll Do:
The Senior Security Engineer position will be assigned to the Product Security team within the overall Security organization at Recorded Future. This individual will support all functions and aspects of Product Security at Recorded Future, including designing and implementing security solutions, investigating alerts, writing and tuning automated alerts, making security reviews of proposed new features and working with other engineers to help with security design, questions and other security aspects. This role will report to the Director of Platform Security, based in Gothenburg.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience required
• Strong knowledge of computer security
• Background in coding, preferably Go and/or Python
• Cloud security knowledge, preferably AWS or GCP
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code, preferably terraform
• Interest in finding the right balance between productivity and security and building relationships with different teams
• Strong communication skills
• Feel able to make risk assessments
• Feel comfortable on Linux and the command line
• Good knowledge of protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP, REST and GraphQL
