**Role Description**

We are seeking a Waiter & Bartender to join our dedicated team at SOHO. You will report directly to the Restaurant General Manager.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Opening and closing the restaurant.

• Organising the workday for your colleagues.

• Guiding and serving guests with food and drinks.

• Clearing tables.

• Closing duties, including cash-ups and sending daily reports.

This position is full-time, requiring 40 hours a week, with availability for evenings, nights, and weekends.

**Qualifications**

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience in food and beverage service and bartending.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is a must.

• Confidence in preparing both classic and contemporary cocktails.

• Eagerness to expand your knowledge and grow in the craft.

• Reliability, motivation, and a strong team player attitude.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Basic understanding of bar inventory management.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
