Junior

Product Developer & Supply Chain Coordinator

to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role, you'll support our Head of Product Development in developing and improving our products, and coordinate the supply chain to ensure smooth production and logistics.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Product Developer & Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll have a varied role focused on supporting the product development process, including:

Product Development & Design Support

  • Assist in product development from concept to launch, including our core denim styles and new developments.
  • Research trends, fabric qualities, and fits to support the design process.
  • Prepare technical specifications/tech packs and samples ahead of production.

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Support planning and coordination of the supply chain in close collaboration with suppliers.
  • Ensure smooth production timelines and assist in inventory management.
  • Help facilitate communication between manufacturers and internal teams.

Process Improvement

  • Support in identifying areas for improvement across design and production workflows.
  • Support the implementation of new ways of working to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with our Head of Product Development and teams across design, production, and buying.
  • Act as an important link between external suppliers and the internal team to ensure clear communication.

Qualifications:

Must have

  • Education or practical experience in product design, supply chain management, or similar.
  • Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Structured and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently, and collaborate in a team.
  • Based in Gothenburg – office presence required.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the fashion or textile industry.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and logistics.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and environmentally friendly production methods.
  • Experience with digital tools for product development and supply-chain management. Adobe Illustrator, CAD (or similar), Excel
