We're now looking for a 
Project Manager with full-stack competence
 or a skilled project leader in IT, or you might be a student with extra-ordinary skills in leading stuff really structured and with heart . if so welcome to join Swenabler—a place where people who love tech and real impact get to do what they do best. This role blends communication, coordination, and driving quality across everything we build.

What you will do

You'll lead projects from start to finish, ensuring clarity, structure, and forward movement—while also jumping in and building the actual solutions. You'll talk to founders , translate needs into clear tasks, keep everyone aligned, and deliver with precision and care. You'll be both the person who keeps the ship running and one of the people rowing.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating technical projects with a strong sense of ownership
• Communicating clearly with startups, stakeholders, and internal teams ( Must have)
• Ensuring quality, structure, and documentation throughout the process ( Must have)
• Working hands-on in full-stack development
• Turning complex ideas into simple, actionable plans
• Keeping order—deadlines, priorities, and expectations
• Contributing to a community of builders helping Swedish startups grow

Who you are

You're someone who thrives in the mix between structure and creativity. You enjoy coding, but you also love talking to people, aligning expectations, and making sure things get done the right way. You're calm, clear, and reliable—and you actually like creating order.

You likely bring:

• Experience in project management or technical leadership
• Proven full-stack development skills
• A methodical, structured way of working
• Strong communication skills
• A willingness to contribute to something bigger than a regular job
• The flexibility and interest to work partly pro-bono for the right mission
