Senior Producer

In this role, you will be part of the Commercial Production team and report to Content Operations Manager. The Senior Producer will oversee the full production lifecycle for multi-channel campaigns, from initial scoping and budgeting to execution, delivery, and post-production. You will ensure that the overall campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with creative, brand, and business objectives.

As a senior producer in the team, you will drive the production schedule, manage budgets and resources, support internal stakeholders, and make confident decisions that move projects forward. You will also lead your own productions while overseeing the planning of all campaigns, identify synergies, optimize production and budget workflows, and guide the campaign team to execute efficient and high-quality productions.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead end-to-end production for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and aligned with creative and strategic goals.
  • Oversee the overall shoot schedule, optimize production workflows, identify synergies across campaigns, and take the lead in planning and executing all campaign productions as a whole.
  • Develop and manage efficient production workflows while driving quality and collaborating closely with creative, purchasing, and brand teams.
  • Oversee all operational production aspects, including logistics, crew, talent, locations, travel, vendors, contracts, and legal/compliance requirements.
  • Own budgeting, cost control, financial tracking, and project documentation, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Operate proactively to anticipate and resolve production challenges, with occasional travel (1–2 times per month).

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager in campaign production either in brand production company or agency, with strong executive presence to lead and make confident decisions.
  • Deep understanding of creative development processes and the ability to translate ideas into executable production plans.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, staffing, external partners, casting, talent agencies, contracts, and usage rights.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, building trust and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong prioritization skills to manage multiple concurrent productions and navigate complex challenges.
  • Innovative and creative mindset paired with strong project management and leadership capabilities; able to work independently or lead a team; driver's license.
