A thought emerged, what ifeveryone could have that? And just like that, Nextory was born - your all-access pass to read, listen, anddiscover new perspectives without limits.

And now, we're on a quest to find our AI Creative Designer, someone aspassionate as we are about making the world a happier place and enriching livesthrough the world of reading.

Chapter One: The Role
As an AI Creative Designerat Nextory, you'll help bring the joy ofstories to life. Your mission is to design high-performing, story-driven adcreatives that inspire more reading. Using the latest AI design and video generationtools, you'll push creative boundaries and make Nextory's brand shineacross social media platforms.

You'll be part of theBrand Team, working closely with the Performance Marketing team on a dailybasis to turn insights into high-performing AI designs that align with ourbrand guidelines.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and produce static and video ads that capture the feeling of great storytelling
  • Use AI tools to generate and scale creative ideas efficiently
  • Continuously test, learn and optimize based on performance insights
  • Experiment with new visual formats and trends that express the Nextory spirit

The main character we're lookingfor
We believe that you are a creative storyteller with apassion for digital content and emerging technologies. You're curious about howAI can enhance creativity, not replace it, and you know howto translate data-driven insights into thumb-stopping ideas. You communicate fluently in English and hold arelevant education in design, media, communication, film, or have gainedequivalent experience through your work.

Furthermore, we believe you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in motion design and short-form video storytelling for social media
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative production (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Sora2, Veo3)
  • Proficiency in editing tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar
  • Solid understanding of social media trends, audience behavior and content performance

We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris andBangalore. Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office andWednesdays as a work-from-home day.
