What You'll Do
You'll be part of our
Business Solutions competence area
, where we help organizations make better decisions by shaping how data is structured, modeled and communicated.

You will work as a
consultant
, which means working with different companies and contexts over time.Your role spans the full analytics lifecycle: understanding business needs, shaping data and reporting logic, designing semantic models and supporting users in how to work with the insights created. You'll collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers and Solution Architects in team-based deliveries.

Examples of the kinds of projects you might work on

• Modernising a customer's reporting environment into Microsoft Fabric, including building semantic models and curated data sets
• Designing a data model that reflects how a sales or operations process actually works, so the business can trust and use the insights
• Establishing self-service analytics capabilities where teams can explore data safely and consistently without relying on one "BI person"
• Supporting end users in understanding how to interpret dashboards and metrics, and how to apply them in decision-making

Who We're Looking For
You enjoy the
technical
side of analytics. You like understanding how data should be structured, how logic should be modelled and how a solution holds together over time. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy translating complexity into clarity.

You collaborate well with others and communicate in a way that makes things easier to understand. You are curious, reflective and comfortable guiding discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You value shared learning and believe good solutions are shaped together, not alone.

If you find energy in solving real problems, building things properly and helping others make sense of data, you'll fit well here.

What Experiences You Bring
You have a
technical educational background
(for example Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering) and experience working in a
modern data environment
. You are comfortable working hands-on with data modelling and logic, and you communicate clearly in English. Swedish is a plus but not a requirement. Other than that, you also have:

• Experience with Azure, Fabric or a similar modern data stack
• Strong SQL skills for modelling and transformation
• Hands-on Power BI experience (data modelling and DAX)
• Understanding of data modelling patterns (dimensional, lakehouse, medallion)
• Familiarity with Git-based collaboration
