We are searching for an engaged and structured IT Validation Engineer with great social skills.

IT Validation Engineer

We are seeking a IT Validation Engineer for a multinational company in Uppsala.

Apart from the tasks described further below we think that to excel, develop and prosper in this job you feel that you match the following:

-The role includes working with several different departments and coworkers, from project leaders, scientists and IT-specialists. This measn a big focus will be on an open personality, flexibility and ability to communicate easily with different kinds of people, also depending on situation.

-An interest and knowledge in IT. Experience and good knowledge in Excel will be needed in your daily work. 

-You work in a structured way and are used to see and prioritize urgent task. You also have a good overview and good control of your work and tasks. 

-Have some knowledge and understanding of the Life Science field.

-Can express yourself proficiently in swedish and english, both written and verbally. 

Your workday includes:

-Keep up-to-date with the regulations that our IT systems need to be in compliance with, supported by relevant functions (Quality, Finance, Legal, HR etc.).

-Participate in IT validation activities to establish and maintain a validated state for our IT systems (by assignments from an IT Validation Leader). Typical tasks are e.g.:

- Write and approve validation plans

- Approve test protocols

- Assess and approve deviations and their investigations

- Approve change orders based on performed testing

- Write and approve validation reports

- Close change orders

- Periodically assess IT systems and IT infrastructure
