About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
Senior Quality Engineer
to join a high-profile industrial project in
Boden, Sweden
. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained across all project phases. You'll be directly involved in inspections, audits, and process improvements, ensuring both contractors and the project team deliver in line with specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and monitor the implementation of contractors' quality processes.
  • Support and perform quality-related meetings, workshops, audits, reviews, and inspections at site and across the supply chain.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and contribute to the development of corrective actions.
  • Collect, analyze, and report quality performance data to support decision-making.
  • Liaise with contractors' representatives for quality coordination and planning.
  • Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies when required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and improve the Quality Management System.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in the quality field, ideally within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, standards, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital tools.
  • Willingness to travel to contractor and fabrication sites as required.
