Project Duration

The project is planned as a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent based on project needs and performance. Our goal is to have the position in place beginning January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document IT infrastructure thoroughly to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  • Analyze and document SAP systems and their underlying functions to support process improvements and system updates.
  • Facilitate workshops aimed at defining responsibilities for master data and inter-departmental processes.
  • Provide support for SAP-related projects, including the implementation and configuration of new databases.
  • Assist with business intelligence (BI) setup and reporting solutions to enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Provide internal IT support and drive investigations for ongoing improvements.

What We Are Looking For

  • A formal educational background in IT, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience as an IT Project Lead or related IT consultant role.
  • Excellent documentation and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for enhancing IT processes.
